Toilet move, is HVAC in the way?

I'm remodeling a bathroom and plan to move the toilet rough in location. The only problem is that there is a wall vent (HVAC) pretty much in front of where the toilet will be. My HVAC skills could use some work so I'm not thrilled with the prospect of moving this to the opposite wall.

Is the HVAC in place okay or do I need to move it? I have room for the toilet supply line in an adjacent stud cavity so that isn't a concern.

Thanks.

Why not get the practice, and move the vent. The next time a vent needs to be moved, you will dive right in without hesitation.
