Default Tile shower pan leaking

I have a tile shower pan leaking and was wondering how hard is it to tear out the tile floor and replace the shower pan then retile it? I am debating on just tearing out all of the tile and putting a newer shower in. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

And even if you only do the demo, it will still save you money. Unless you're VERY sure of your ability to do the job correctly, I'd call a pro (actually call a couple for bids, and get referrals). You don't want to go through all the work of doing it yourself only to find it still leaks....
