tile haze

I hope this is in the proper forum. I recently tiled a wall and grouted. The tiles (4"x4") have small indents in them and I can't seem to get the grout/haze out of those small indents even after wiping down over and over. Any advice?

When the grout is fresh, you can take a stiff bristle brush and get into the recesses in the middle of the tile. Some tiles I would need to dig out the edges with a wooden tool I'd make so as to not dig into the joint.
How old is the installation?

Grout was half hour, but I sponged like crazy after the grout installation and the next day it was still in the tile
