is there a hopper window that qualifies for the rebate?

I have a couple estimates on having 3 basement windows replaced and one company said they have a hopper window 0.24u but then another company said there was no hopper that will qualify. the dimensions are 31 1/2" x 12 1/2" i've tried searching online but searching dimensions screws up results!
