TDL-How to replace one broken pane?

I have a custom solid wood entry door with matching sidelites. All of the panes are real True Divided Lite. They are sealed double pane with tempered glass. One sidelite (thankfully interior) pane shattered. The doors/sidelites were here when we bought the house. I have checked everywhere for the manufacturer to no avail. Thankfully the glass company shipped me the stock pane but now I need help in removing the existing pane (including the metal spacer and butyl? edge that are secured with some type of adhesive. The muntins are standard Ogee sticking. I don't want to replace the entire set of sidelites. Is there a way to replace this one pane? I have pictures (and dimensions) if needed.

Thanks

Post the pictures of both sides of the window. Usually one side is removeable and the pane comes out.

TDL-How to replace one broken pane?

Here are the pictures. Hopefully they are clear enough. I know the horizontal sticking is "removable" and most likely the male/female style. I am expecting to need to use my heat gun, breaking existing glass and buying new sticking. I really need someone to give me the steps and what I might expect (Murphy's Law). I am very apprehensive about hiring someone (even a glass company) because very few windows are TDL anymore. I feel confident in my ability to do it but need good instruction so this doesn't turn into a complete disaster.

Thanks for any help.

From the last picture is looks like you already have the bottom molding off. Remove the side and top moldings and the pane should push out.
I'm not sure what TDL is. But if the pane is stuck don't worry about breaking it. You might need a knife to cut it free from the edges. If it is really stuck, it looks the molding might come off from both sides. That could make it easier.

TDL-How to replace one broken pane?

Maybe, just maybe, the process is similar enough to what is documented here

Thanks for the replies. Unfortunately, this isn't a glazing points/putty type of assembly. It is solid wood moulding that holds the panes in place, inside and outside. TDL stands for True Divided Lite. Unlike almost all windows made today, TDL windows are made up of individual panes of glass divided by solid muntins. To simulate the look of individual panes, most windows today are one big pane(s) of glass that have snap on grids, grids between the two panes or some other type of Simulated True Divided Lite.
