t1-11


does t1-11 last? does it need to be painted? will it swell and be worthless in a couple years? looking for options to cover a shed

Perfect for a shed
Definitely paint it.
Double coat the ends that will be exposed to the ground.

Paint all of it, including the back (at least "primer" - on the back)

Why? We have a row of storage sheds here every bit of 10yrs. old built with T1-11 with no paint on the back.

I built a shed when I was a kid, about 40 years ago, and used T-11 (painted twice, not the back) and it still looks good.
