Sweating front porch

I live in eastern NC where it is very humid almost year round. Just about every time it rains, my front porch sweats. It is all masonry construction, brick and concrete and masonry tile (older home built in 59) and there is a layer of plastic under the crawl space of the porch. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?

Sweating front porch

When warmer moist air hits cooler masonary surfaces, it condenses. If you can keep the air moving you may reduce that effect. Maybe ceiling fans designed for outside.
