Supprting trusses in modular house.
I live in a modular house, it was built in the 70's and moved in in two halves.
The truss rafters had to be joined in the center.
There is 1/2" plywood on the ends of both halves at the center of the trusses, Sorta like having 2 king posts with double 1/2" plywood between them.
I have a 12' opening between the ding room and the living room, with no visible beam.
Is there a beam up in the attic?
Just wondering as I have never seen this before. Seen lots of other weird stuff just not this.
