Question

supporting a balcony to replace 2 4x4 posts

yes a was wondering how I could support my balcony that is supported by
two 4x4 posts. I need to replace the posts. I am trying to pour my patio and include the new posts in my monolithic pour. Is that possible or do I have to have separate intervals of concrete. i.e. do I demo out the 4x4's and pour their footings for the new 4x4's then pour the patio?
