supplying heat for builder in the Fall/Winter months

Hi-
Trying to build our house before the snow flies, not looking great.
We are stretched to the limit for cash. Have even decided to use cement fiber board to save about $13,000.
Now it's getting cold...
Need some opinions.
Should the cost of heating while building be a customer cost or the builders???
;)

it should be in the contract so you wouldn't have to ask this question.:whistling2:

Generally this is a builders expense unless there is a contract contrary. It's part of doing business and if he is a smart builder, you would be paying for it in some way anyway already. It's an overhead just like dumpsters, temporary enclosures, and many other costs required when building.
