Suggestions for wall anchors

I am building a 24 x 24 garage in my backyard on an existing slab. I will have a 16' garage door and 1 entrance door. The slab does not have
anchor bolts in it, so I am going to drill holes and install anchors. What type of anchors should I use, and what size should I use, 3/8", 1/2" or 5/8"? How far apart are they usually placed?

Suggestions for wall anchors

I would use at least 4 inch long wedge anchors....1/2 inch at a minimum, spaced 5 feet on centers on the walles and one next to the jambs on every door. 3/4 inch anchors would be better, and the few bucks you spend on these is well worth it. I prefer red head anchors, not the cheasy cheap ones.
