Stuck Tilt In Window

I have vinyl tilt in windows in my new home. I was tilting them in this weekend to cleanthe external pane and the lower pane on one of the windows got stuck after being put back in the sash. It will not move up or down more than an inch. Any ideas? Thanks

Stuck Tilt In Window

The window sits in guides at the bottom sash corners. If the support pins are not seated in that guide, the guide block will not slide in the track. Tilt the window out, make sure the pins are sitting fully in the both guide blocks, then tilt back in. That should fix it.
