Stucco Mix

I live in E. WA state , desert area. I've a 2' from bottom of new home to the grade to finish over ICF, about 500 sqft. I used for water proofing the Parex 304 with Portland Cement added over fiberglas mesh for the first coat (skim coat) and now I'm wanting to know about using plain ol' mortor mix with some extra Portland cement added for strength. Is this doable and is it the most economicle. I've asked around and have gotten a bunch very confusing information. Naturally, I need cheap and quick. What should I use for a Stucco mix for the finish coat? bjr23

Conventional stucco will not stay on there without the use of wire mesh applied first and a brown coat. Easiest method for you at this point is to apply Acrylic Stucco over the basecoat you already installed.
