I have a 3 ft high concrete block wall that I want to stucco. Earth is on the other side, with plastic sheeting on the wall, but dampness still comes through. Any way to stop the moisture so as to apply the stucco successfully?
Hi, Ron. Thanx for answering. Unfortunately, the area behind the wall is already filled in, and as it is about 100 feet long, impractical to do as you suggest. I have heard of a product that, when applied to outside surface, stops the moisture by sealing, and allows successful application of stucco. I do not want to do this if it will not work...too much work and expense. Your ideas would be much appreciated! Fritz
