What prices can I expect to pay PER SQUARE FOOT for:
Stamped and colored concrete and
Regular concrete???
Using quality companies who are insured, licensed etc...

Sorry, but that is a non-sensical question. You may as well ask, "How much is dinner", or, "How much will a vacation cost".

If you want an answer with any relation to reality, you will have to provide much more information. Here is a minimum to get a wild ass guess:

Total square footage of project.

Location of project.

Type of product/finish desired.

Usage of project (patio or driveway, for example).

What are the existing conditions (will the old driveway have to be removed, for example).

What are the soil conditions.

What are the access conditions.

Etc.

Given only your first post, I can say with confidence that it will cost you one MILLION dollars per square foot. Provide more information, and we may be able to narrow it down, though you will only get an accurate figure by someone who actually visits the site and discusses the parameters in person.

Again, I am asking a GENERAL question.
I am not asking for a quote for my home.
I am seeking opinions from people who may have done the work for their homes.

So, once again, what PRICE RANGE can someone expect to pay per square foot for stamped and colored concrete flat-work?

The best way to get a realisticl price difference is get a quote from a contractor. Many contractors do both.

You can expect stamped to cost 20% to 100% more depending on the size and location of the job and what kind of stmping efffects and coatings, etc. Not all square feet are the same.

The cost of the materials is not that great (10-20%) but it all depends on the labor rate (New York vs. India) and complexity.

Sir or Madam, I want to contribute and answer to your question, but you must ask a question that can be answered. My first post gave you the parameters required to give you a reasonable answer, my second post was an accurate answer given your question.
