what's in the ballpark?
where is the ball park?
what's the prevailing wage like near the ballpark?

sq foot pricing

Prices vary by region and as stated no two ballparks are the saem.
Best to ask a Local general contractor.

I used to give ballpark estimates for people wondering if they could afford it.
Never an exact price just a range form u-z.

I think everyone else has said it precisely ..... no estimates here

but you may want to check out this site http://www.meanscostworks.com/ with it you can get some really rough estimates, its been my experience that squarefoot estimates will give you a ball park, of course Fenway Park and Yankee Stadium are ball parks, but there is a huge difference in them. I've never found any of them accurate. Local builders are your best source.

Good luck!
