Spray Foam - FHA

I am looking at re-financing my mortgate with an FHA loan. After thinking about this, I am now concerned about the spray foam I have in my basement. I am in process of finishing the basement, however 75% of the foam does not have sheetrock on it yet. Does anyone know if this is a disqualification when they come to do the appraisal/inspection?
