Small basement storage ideas

Hey guys, recently, due to hurricane sandy, our small basement storage unit was completely destroyed. It is almost completely redone, and I wanted to see if anyone had some idea on the best way to utilize such a small space. We use it strictly for storage. The space is L 9' 7" x W 4' 3" x H 6' and the cinder block between units is 3.5". Any ideas would be appreciated.

That are needs to be kept assessable, vented so no solid doors. No flamable liquids can be stored.
