small addition

I live in the Boston suburbs. I am putting a 10x10 master bath addition off the master bedroom on the back of a ranch.(on footings) What is a reasonable sq. ft. price just to frame and roof. No plumbing or electrical?
thanks
Jim

As this is a DIY site, estimate the costs of the materials needed, divide by 100, and you will have the cost/sq. ft.
If you need help doing that, people here can help.
People here don't give out estimates since no one here knows local rates, building conditions, etc to properly do so.
