Slab prices

I am going to build a cabin 25'x44' with basement
I got a quote $3800.00 for slab /$4600 for walls 9' walls

This is in Tennessee
Slab/floor 25feetx44feet 4" inch thick with footers
Is $3800.00 a bit high?

With footers, etc. it doesn't sound too bad. Is the grade level?

I figure 40 yards for the mud (slab alone). How much is concrete down there?

I think the price is fine. Does that include fill and steel?
