sip, icf, stick.

ICF seems like a better choice than stick but SIP is more budget friendly. With that said what are the energy savings with stick plus foam vs icf? Not looking to ever need to remodel just want best energy and comfort.

i have no experience actual s.i.p other than shop building some for a custom made walk in fridge.. but as for icf they generally are about 3x better than standard wood construction for energy costs

5 years ago our company built a vet clinic that is 4500 sq ft. out of nudura icf... it was replacing a very dated older location that was roughly 900 sq ft... when the owner recieved her first heating bill it was almost the exact same $$ value for a space much much bigger
