siding


my house is approx 1,600 square feet, how many square of siding is that?

You need to measure width & height of each outside wall
Then add them all together
Example 8' x 30' wall = 240 = 2.4 square
Each 100 sq ft = 1 square

You can't calc this based on sq footage of a house

Large windows/doors you can subtract some
But in a lot of cases cutting up pieces around windows etc leaves a lot of pieces you can't use
