Question

Shed Foundation

I'm building a shed and would like to know if my idea for a foundation is valid. It will be 12x16 with dek blocks supporting it, but I my question is regarding under the dek blocks

I want to dig a rectangle of 13x17 and 12 inches

Rent a compacter and compact the soil

Then I want to put 6 inches of 0-3/4 (dust mixed with stone) or just 3/4" and compact

Put my dek blocks that are 7.5 inches high with a 1.5inch slot to drop my floor frame making my shed at level with the ground.

Then I would have 6 inches around the shed that I would fill with rock

Questions
- Will this be solid enough?
- Is my floor frame to close to the soil?

Where are you located? What is the frost level in your region?

the main thing is that I want the shed to be level with the ground, I don't want it to be 1 foot off so if I can get it 6 inchs off because of the floor frame that would be great
