Shed Floor Framing out-of-square

My first shed project, I'm building a 12x12 shed and I have cut my rim joist 144" and each joist 141" (16"OC) when I measure corner to corner I'm off by about 5/8" do I try and push the longer corner-to-corner in about a 1/4"? if so HOW ??

or do I call it pretty good and just keep my plywood flooring square and not worry about 5/8" out of square?

It could be out because of a few crowned joist?

any help appreciated

If you are off by 5/8", that means you only have to rack the floor by 5/16 to be square. That's doable with even a sledge hammer. (But protect the corner with scrap wood.) A "Come-Along" might make it easier.

Just check to be sure all your lengths are truly correct first.

that's what I was thinking.....fasten one corner and just a couple clicks with a come-a-long (or sledge), check it until square and then fasten to my runners when square. Thanks

A 2 lb sledge is one of my often go-to tools for situations like this.

I got it within 1/8" "PFC" pretty freakin close with the the old strap&ratchet and the BFH. It didn't take but one click to go from 1/8 to 3"

Thanks guys
