Shed - first blunder

Shed - first blunder-greenhousez.jpg

The 8' studs from Lowes were exactly 96" so I assumed (and we all know that tune) that the 12' would be 144". Unfortunately, they about an inch longer than that.

That means there is a problem with the fascia board (1x8").

Lowes doesn't have 1x8" longer than 12'

I'm too far gone to go back so I need to figure out how to make a 145" fascia board and still retain some structural integrety and also that it looks half way decent. I have to look at this greenhouse every day now.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Cheers!

Fascia board does not provide "structural integrity." Just use two pieces that add up to 145 inches.
