shed air vents

i was told vaguely that i need a couple of soffit and a couple of mushroom vents on my 11x9 shed. was wondering which products i should get and where should i install them. it's a simple shed with a ridge beam, roof is about 17 deg pitch and the soffits are enclosed, i.e. the rafters are not exposed but sheathed on all sides so i can easily plumb vent openings in them between rafters.
