Setting up a second home

Lance45 Newbie   Join Date: Mar 2012 Posts: 10	Setting up a second home Hi, I'm wondering what people's thoughts are on this. I have a 920sq ft house on 5 acres on a well. I am thinking of setting up a park model home on the property and tying it into the existing septic and well. Is there any issue in doing that? My septic is big enough to manage two small houses this way...

Should be fine but one never knows unless you ask. We have a silly rule in the area one of my houses is that you need at least 2 acres to have two living spaces unless it's a member of the famly living there. What differants would that make?
