sealing a shed

Hi.

I have a tin shed that was built onto an existing slab and the tin hasn't sealed on the slab very well. The tin is just touching the cement in the best of places and has up to a 10mm gap in the worst, the obvious problem with this being is that the shed floor floods whenever it rains. I am looking to insulate the shed but i know there is no point untill i know it is properly waterproofed.

How could i seal the gap between the tin and cement (cheaply)?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Hinky method but it worked on an old tin shed on my parents farm, same problem. 2x4 treated timber, wrapped the bottom, side and 1/2" of the outside top in pre-stick rubber roof flashing, still applied an adhesive to the timber surfaces as well. Tapcon'd the plates to the slab then screwed the tin to the side of the timber using 1" rubber washer roofing screws.Did across the door area as well. Hasn't leaked since and cost me about $65.00 to do it.
