Seal hole in concrete - hitch, wire coming out
I have a UF wire coming out of a concrete wall... it's about 4 inches above grade... the whole is about 1 x 2 inches in size... they put it in just to run a UF cable out of the basement to the lamp post... well this hole is letting bugs and spiders in, along with cold air... I want to seal it... what are my choices? right now its 8" concrete block they knocked the hole into and ran the UF cable out of...

Seal hole in concrete - hitch, wire coming out
Foam insulation/sealant. Fill the hole, allow to expand and dry, "shave" off the excess....
