safety harness

Never thought about using one till yesterday. I am building a pole barn and got to thinking how to protect myself. I used to frame houses in my younger days and walked around on rafters, top plates etc. like I was a squirrel, but 20 years later i am a little more cautious (scared). I was looking at chest harnesses or waist harnesses. they seem less cumbursome than the full body ones. Any advice, comments? thanks

safety harness

I went ahead and ordered a full body one plus a 10' lanyard, less than $100 for whole set-up.
