Rustic corrugated metal panels as the ceiling ?

I had the spray foam application done on my cabin, ceiling, walls and all. The manufacturer said I didn't need vapor barriers or such. I hope he wasn't lying.

Now I'm deciding whether to put the rustic corrugated metal panels as the ceiling. It would be the most economical option that I could do myself, plus it would offset the cost of the spray foam.

Anyone see a problem in that? The layers would be; roofing metal that are attached to the wood strips, that are attached to the 2X6 rafters, the spray foam, then the corrugated metal panels.

Any suggestions for alternate cathedral ceiling applications that are somewhat economical?
