Rough estimate to build a simple bathhouse by the pool?

I want to gift someone the cash to build a outhouse so to speak,
Since I sold an rv they had previously been using while working outside..

There's already water and sewage hook ups there...
Just want a shower and toilet in a 75 sf enclosment.

A ball park of material costs?
I know it's just an opinion,
I want to have one built where a contractor put rv hook ups a couple months ago.... Since he already tied in the well and septic system.

It would double for showeringbefore/after swimming and so the guys that have a fabrication shop on the back of my land can clean up..
Since I took out the rv they had been using.

Oh man. You're about to get an earful...this is not the type of question that will get a good response here. Check other posts that have asked for cost estimates to find out why.

Truthfully it is just impossible to say until you have an actual working plan/idea of all the many variables involved.

You could hand them 2k or 5k and it could be built accordingly if needed.

The following has been emphasized repeatedly on this site:

1.) There are many, many factors that affect pricing.

2.) There is NO WAY to even ballpark project pricing (estimates) over the internet.

3.) This site is about doing projects yourself (DIY). It is not about ".....what is the price to hire someone to do......XXXX", nor is it a free resource for "price shopping" (taking a short cut attempt to attain prices, rather than the proper, realistic, standard & typical process of getting local contractor estimates).
