rotten outside beams on mobile home


if I start removing beams will the mobile move or become uneven I think I will have to use jack posts ?

Only "beams" in a mobile home would be the steel beams running down the middle.
Got a picture, impossible to see your house from here.
Guessing you mean the outside rim joist.
If that's so then yes that's what's holding up your walls and floor.

Well, I guess it'll work still. Whether you remove it. But you can try removing if. See if it woks or not.
