Roof sag

I have a shed roof that covers an enclosed porch. The pitch on the roof is minimal. The problem is the center of the roof is starting to sag. One of the problems this causes is water running behind my gutters and I'm afraid under the shingles. Other than tearing down the entire roof and starting over, do you have any suggestions for raising the center of the roof. The ceiling is covered so I have not had an opportunity to remove the ceiling to determine what was used for the rafters.

Well, that's the place you would start. Sounds like the roof is under structured. What is the unsupported span and what are the joists that are spanning it. Where do you live?
Answer those questions for a start.
