Retrofit insulation question

Hi. I need to insulate A few exterior walls using a rigid foam type insulation. The walls from outside in consists of brick, fibre board (tentest?) then 3"(aprx) wood planking, covered with tar paper, furring strips and plaster board. I've removed the plaster board and lathes and will remove the tar paper. After installing 2" foam boards, lathes and tape, will I need a vapor barrier before gyproc?
I'm in Quebec. (zone 7, I believe).
Thank you.
