Replacing our front porch

We are having to replace our front porch, it seems to be pulling away from the house. The beams underneath look good but the floor boards and the columns need replaced. The two center columns have 4x4's just sitting on the ground supporting them but the outside columns have concrete blocks. Any suggestions as to how to start to tackel this?

Sink footings where the support posts will go. Install stand off brackets on the footings and the support posts on these.
