replacing ledger board

existing deck is 30 years old. i have removed deck flooring and thought i would replace or sister joists with new.

is there any reason to replace the ledger board if it shows no sign of rot? if i decide to sell, will the age be considered reason for criticism by home inspector.

replacing ledger board

If there's no signs of damage why would you want to replace it?
What was wrong with the floor joist? If there bad replace them, not sister them so the seams in the deck board will still line up.
Make sure there crowned up.
