Replacing Glass block vent

Greetings. I have 2 glass block windows in my basement and i'm looking to replace the vent openings. Not the whole vent just the part that screws in and opens, not the entire frame. Is this doable? I see that it is only screwed in to the sides of the vent frame. I was looking for a solid thicker one instead of the cheap thin plastic one. Thank you.
The vent door by itself measures 14" long by 6 3/8" tall.

Replacing Glass block vent

Got a picture?
Not a common item and I'd bet your not going to find just parts for it.

You can call this place and ask them if they have what you're looking for. I bought a glass block window with a vent sort of similar to yours years ago. This place specializes in glass block products. No idea if they are in your area since your location is not included in your profile.

Bizik Glass Block, 2435 Indianapolis Blvd, Whiting, IN 46394

Replacing Glass block vent

This appears to be one of the vents we manufacture. If you could take a photo of the hinge area with the sash open, I can confirm. If it is one of ours, I'm afraid there are no other sash replacements for that particular vent type. You can contact me through our web site or here through PM and we can discuss what options you do have.
