Question

Replacing the Cable On a Pool Screen Enclosure

Hello to any of you that can help me w/ my pool enclosure question!

Yesterday while cutting back some hedges around our pool enclosure my son cut the cable that secures the structure. (Good help is hard to find!)

How hard will it be to fix this myself? I'm NOT an experienced DIYer but need to repair this at lowest cost possible before the entire thing tumbles / crashes down. Are there any special tools involved? Do local home improvement stores (Home Depot or Lowes) carry this cable and will they cut to order? What is the standard weight / gage of a cable used in these enclosures?

Any advice or guidance offered is appreciated....
