replacement window question

As I previously stated, there is a way to find the issue. Slapping caulk on the window isn't it.
The inside of the wall is wet and will grow mold, regardless of the caulking regime.

replacement window question

Window rep. came today ,said window looked fine , installation looked fine. Installing contractor came by , he wants to find the source so he wants to start by removing the bottom row of shingles under the window where the leak is presenting itself and work his way up in order to find the initial point it is entering.
