Renovations in a mobile home in Yellowknife

My daughter has purchased a mobile home in Yellowknife NWT. She wants me to build some closets. What will I find behind the interior walls. Can I attach studs to these walls. Can I screw nails into the floor?

Ever company makes there's differant so the only to find out is try it.
One's I've worked on only had 2 X 2 studs in the walls, partical board floors.
Inside wall studs and bottom plates were 1 X 4's.
