Removing Tub and Shower Doors
I would like to remove the tub and shower doors from my shower. I've read other posts about taking the screws out and removing the caulk, but on a few parts of my frame they used grout over the caulking. What is the best way to remove the grout without damaging the surrounding tile?

If they did it that way then it's not going to be stuck that bad.
Use a tile saw, it's a cheap tool sold in the flooring area at any box store.

If the grout and caulk is on a glazed wall tile then as joecaption said, it will not be difficult to remove. Use a stiff object that will not scratch the tile, e.g. piece of hardwood or a piece of flat metal with a strong cloth wrapped around it, and then buff the tile. A car buffer works well on wall tile. The problem that arises when removing a tub/shower frame is that you can pull the tile off the wall if the installer used a lot of caulk and/or the tile guy didn't use a proper amount of adhesive. Just proceed slowly and carefully. Take your time working in the putty knife between the frame and tile and you will do fine. If the knife starts to leave marks on the tile keep squeezing liquid soap into the area you are working with the putty knife.
