Removal of Uncured (still soft) silicone sealant

While trying to seal the bottom corner of my concrete basement for a
seeping leak, I unknowingly used an Old Tube of DAP Silicone Clear Sealant.
It will not harden or cure, but remains soft and sticky to the touch. I am prepared to scrape it out, as best as I can, but need to know what will dissolve and remove the rest that will still be sticking to the concrete wall.

What is a good solvent to use? Thanks.

Scrape as much off as possible, and then try Goof Off.

Use this product it's called McKanica Silicone Caulk Removal it comes in a tube about Oz. the tube is a purple color ACE Hardware store has it or you can check on line. 8.99 for a tube.

I used it to remove an old sink from a counter top it worked of course you have to play with it.
