Removal of load bearing brick wall

I have a load bearing brick wall (3.5 ft wide by 8 ft high), its was left un touch from our addition left from our previous owner. We would like to remove this brick wall to complete our kitchen renovations.

Does anyone have a good engineer and or contractor that you can recommend to get this job done?

see attached pic.

Thanks,

Need to be getting some local referances and make some calls in your area.

Not sure how anyone here could suggest anybody anyway since you did not add your location when you filled in your profile.
