removal and instalation of french door

I would like to know the properway to install a french door, Im taking out a existing 36'' window and wall and a existing 36'' door that total the with of the french door the wall is a exteior block wall and has stucco on the out sidek, how do I go about framing in the door ? do I pour a cement header or use wood and stucco the outside ? First check your local codes some areas have special requirements.I think your area requires a light but I am not sure on that.Then if you have ever installed a window or framed door it is about the same method.Just curious how and why were you thinking of putting in a concrete header??.Your Header size is determined by the span and the load it will have to carry I don't know what they are so I cant make a recommendation.
