LePage PL300

I have used the spray foam in the past.
Worked great for me.
I have actually seen GC use it to glue 2"-4" blue foam to the ceiling of a house and then run 6" screws through it later.
I have actually witnessed them walk on the foam with no screws & only the foam used as the adhesive. Scared me, but they did it.

Sure you could use spray foam, but PL300 is under $3 a tube and spray foam is considerably more expensive. There are other adhesives on the market that are suitable for foam, just check their labelling.

Great info!

Sounds like it is much cheaper.

I just got some PL300 from the HD.
On the tube, the product stated that it is specifically made for gluing the ridgid insulation together. $3.50 CAD for a small tube
