Hello to all, I ran across the website for Ray-core SIP's today. They are a polyurethane foam panel with 2x4, 2x6 or 2x8 studs/rafters incorporated in the panel and covered on both sides with a foil vapor barrier. They seem like a good solution for how to insulate the roof of my old Maine cape style house. The 2x8 panels have an R value of 52.
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience using these for roofs or walls and what you thought....:)
