raising a patio floor to add onto the house

I have a screened porch with a ceramic tile on top concrete. I want to enclose it to make a sunroom, but due to drainage problems, would want to raise the floor even with the rest of the house. It's about a four inch difference. What would you recommend to do?

Four inches a good thickness for a concrete slab. You could pour concrete right over the old one.

Do not PM with questions that can be asked in a forum. I will not respond.
