raised patio observation deck
I am building a 12 foot by 12 foot deck that will be 8 feet above the ground.
I am using 6x12 ledgers and 2x12 joists 16 inch oc all in douglas fir. Exterior grade 1inch plywood on top. My question is can I get by with using only four 6x6 post at the corners or will I be overloading? There will be as many as six people on the deck with furniture. |
