Quick Question

I am trying to get an idea of how much I can expect to pay for HVAC, plumbing and electrical in a 2000 s/f 1 story house. If my house will cost 175,000 dollars to build, can anyone tell me what % of that goes to these three?

Quick Question

i agree with bigbob, it depends on many factors. length of plumbing used from input pipe, if 220v will be used anywhere, will there be a garage attached? lots of variables, but i'd guesstimate from 15 to 30% will be spent having someone else do it all. i'm doing ALL of these things by myself, so don't cut yourself short. (i'm not a certified anything except a nut but all my work on the new addition i'm putting in -elec.-plumbing-floors, framing, etc. so far has been approved and green-stickered. when unsure, ask here! lots of helpful folks here ready with the answers to most problems) =o)
gotta remember to thank Nathan for this site..... oh... THANKS NATHAN!

Quick Question

Thanks guys. I was just getting a ballpark of the rough costs, I guessed at 30% and you guys confirmed my guess was close.
